At Payapà, we aim to have a shared safe space for practice, learning and community dedicated to overall health and wellbeing. We bring the concept of a Yoga Shala, śālā, a Sanskrit word that means home, space, or pavilion.

Timetable includes guided led-practice, dedicated time for shared self-practice supported by a teacher onsite, courses and workshops.

Memberships from $15/week for unlimited practice with a month-to-month commitment. Feel free to get in touch below if any questions.
